My name is Megan Rindlisbacher and I will be the tennis coach for the 2019-2020 school year. As the season is approaching I wanted to reach out and give parents, guardians, and players a little bit of information about me and about the team.
I first played tennis when I was a little girl, and became competitive with it when I was a freshman in high school. My senior year of high school I moved to Irvine, California where I went to Advantage Tennis Academy in hopes of earning a D1 college scholarship for tennis. In 2012 I graduated high school and was recruited to play for Weber State University where I played on their tennis team for the next four years while getting my bachelors degree. Throughout those years on Weber State’s team I also spent time coaching at the local tennis club. I coached players from the age of five all the way up to the age of 80! As much as I enjoyed playing tennis myself, I have a true passion for coaching!
As a coach my goal is to help my players improve in all aspects of the game. This includes improving their technique, their endurance (mentally and physically), and their attitude towards others and the sport itself. My goal for this season is to have each player walk away feeling that they have improved in one way or another.
I believe that communication is the key to a successful season so if there are any questions feel free to reach out to me at any time. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org.
I look forward to working with everyone this season! Go Huskies!
